Permalyn™ are synthetic resins based the glycerol ester of gum rosin. They are produced by a special process that yields a low odour, low acid number resin. It is suggested for use as a modifier for film-formers, elastomers, and waxes in various adhesives and protective coatings where pale colour and minimal odour are required.
