EXPANCEL 920 MB 120

EXPANCEL 920 MB 120 is a masterbatch grade of Expancel microspheres with a bulk density of 65 +/- 1 g/l and a microsphere size range of 90-140 microns. These expandable microspheres are ideal for Advanced Materials applications requiring lightweight and low-density properties. EXPANCEL 920 MB 120 microspheres contain a non-hazardous hydrocarbon and are encapsulated in a hard shell. When heated, these expandable polymer microspheres undergo a physical change and expand to up to 20 times their original volume. This expansion process can be used to make Advanced Materials lighter with lower thermal conductivity and higher surface area, beneficial properties for many industrial applications.
