LOXIOL 2050

LOXIOL 2050 is a high melting point paraffin wax that provides lubrication properties. As an external lubricant, LOXIOL 2050 is well-suited for processing of rigid PVC & C-PVC and causes a considerable delay of the plastification time. This allows for improved surface finish and gloss in the final product. LOXIOL 2050 reduces wear on processing equipment when used in polymer applications. While not recommended for transparent products, LOXIOL 2050 supports enhanced material flow and reduces friction during fabrication of advanced composite materials.
