Lumina® Exterior Pearl Radiance 1303D by Sun Chemical (DIC) is a special effect pigment based on rutile titanium dioxide coated mica flakes. It exhibits white pearl appearance and offers higher chroma & more sparkling than standard mica pigments. Lumina® Exterior Pearl Radiance 1303D is a CFS-treated (Chrome free surface) exterior grade used in coatings.
