RIPLEX NC-502 is a stabilizer emulsifier blend for use in liquid type of cooking cream. It contains Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), Sodium stearoyl lactylate (E481), Modified starch (E1450), Xanthan gum (E415) and Guar gum (E412). RIPLEX NC-502 improves stability and mouthfeel in liquid type of cooking cream.
