450V(HS) is a high strength vacuum bagging film ideally suited for advanced material applications requiring temperatures up to 170°C. The 450V(HS) film features a tough but flexible co-extruded construction with 50um thickness. It is suitable for high pressure autoclave cures and delivers 42MPa transverse tensile strength and 45MPa machine direction tensile strength. The 450V(HS) film maintains flexibility even at lower moisture levels, important for advanced material fabrication processes. The 450V(HS) film helps ensure dimensional stability and shape retention during the curing cycle, important for precision advanced materials manufacturing.
