Refit™ MPI 85 is a milk protein isolate with 85% protein characterized by a clean creamy taste & light milky aroma. It’s an excellent protein source for ready to drinks due to its high nutritional value and functional properties. Protein 86%, minerals 6.3%, moisture 5.0%, fat 1.6% carbohydrates 0.7%.
