Gistex ® XII Paste is a yeast extract paste who provides a fuller rounded brothy, bouillon-type savoury profile than standard foundational yeast extracts. Gistex ® XII Paste integrates well into seasonings, soups, sauces, broths, stocks, snacks and convenience foods where a richer yet neutral savoury base is required. Gistex ® XII Paste has a Light beige/yellow colour.
