NuCel® 834 LQ a specific yeast extract especially designed for the production by fermentation of a large range of Food and Feed BioIngredients. NuCel® 834 LQ complies with Food Regulations and Food Safety. It improves industrial performance, productivity and is well adapted to a wide range of bacteria and yeasts. NuCel® 834 LQ is a primary yeast extract obtained by the autolysis of a selected strain of yeast, especially grown on a molasses-based media.
