SPRINGER® HARMONY MF 101

Springer® Harmony MF 101 is a yeast extract powder, salted and spray-dried. It improves body and mouthfeel in a wide variety of food applications. This “MG” grade is a microgranulated to minimize dust formation, to improve free flowing characteristics, and to aid in better dispersibility / dissolution in water. It has a slightly coarser particle size than other grades.
